• Raby Rd Canal Collapse

    Hi Sam and John,

Thanks for all of your assistance with the major canal collapse for the Sydney Catchment Authority.

Your ability to respond quickly with the right equipment and to complete the work in the very tight schedule provided was outstanding.

Your team’s professional input into the works ensured the client had the utmost confidence in the work carried out.

Thanks again for the excellent work.

  • Quakers Hill Project

    Hi Sam,

I just wanted to send a mail to express my appreciation for a great job on the Quakers Hill Project. We recently had a Project Review with Sydney Water and they were extremely happy with the project and made special mention of the good work Jonishan did onsite. This was great feedback, Sydney Water are a major client and this project has proved to be very positive for all parties.

Your team did a great job and despite some challenges got the job done safely. We appreciate the effort put in by your guys and the understanding shown when it came to the requires of Sydney Water i.e. audits. I know it was not something the guys were used to (having to many)  but they adapted and worked well with us to meet all the requirements. We had a good working relationship throughout and this was a major factor in making it a successful project. Please pass on my appreciation to your team.

I look forward to working with you and your team again in the future.

    Thanks.

Email to Veolia re: defects walk

Thanks for organising the walk today.

Happy to say we have not observed any functional defects with the manholes and ventshafts. Thanks to Jonishan as well on the proactive approach, getting things ready (bolt weep holes drilled, access sharp edges grinded, overall cleaning inside manholes cleaned, ventshaft bolts trimmed, etc.)
